Acceptable Use Policy

The Gateway connects you to third-party models under their terms. This policy exists so that one customer's misuse cannot take the service down for everyone.

Prohibited

• Fraud, phishing, spam, malware, or any illegal activity.
• Reselling bare API keys, or operating a service whose primary function is to relay the Gateway or a provider's API.
• Circumventing a provider's regional, safety or usage restrictions, including by proxying for users the provider does not serve.
• Sharing one key across unrelated organizations, or using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using outputs to train models that compete with a provider where that provider prohibits it.
• Generating content that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or facilitates weapons capable of mass harm.
• Abusive request patterns: automated probing, load testing without permission, or attempts to bypass rate limits or budgets.

Required

• Pass equivalent usage restrictions to your own end users.
• Disclose AI-generated content where the law or the provider requires it.
• Respond to abuse reports we forward within a reasonable time.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend keys, or close accounts. Where a provider revokes our access because of your use, you are responsible for resulting costs. Report abuse to hello@aireadify.ai.
